Blick auf das Plangelände des Übersee Quartiers am Hamburger Hafen. Hier sollen Wohn- und Bürogebäude, aber auch Geschäfte und Hotels entstehen. Der alte Baubestand wurde vor Beginn der Arbeiten fast vollständig entfernt. Erhalten blieben nur das alte Hafenamt und ein kleines Verwaltungsgebäude. Das Baugebiet liegt zwischen dem Magdeburger Hafen und der Nordelbe. Entwickelt wurde das Projet von der Hafen City Hamburg GmbH. View to the planning area of the Übersee Quartier at the harbour in Hamburg. Here are planned apartement and buisness buildings and also hotels and restaurants. The old building stock, except the Port Authority and an small buisness building, was removed from this area before the construction work started. The planning area is placed between the Magdeburg harbour and the Nordelbe. The project is realised from the Hafen City Hamburg GmbH.
