The southern riverbank of the Rhine and the "Old Crane" at the western town limits of Andernach in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The "Alte Krahnen" is an old port and tower crane from the 16th century. The stone building is located below the Autobahn A9. It is one of the landmarks of the town and a seldom example of an industrial landmark of the Renaissance era
