Die Churchill Towers sind Teil des Stadtentwicklungsvorhabens "Business Bay" in Dubai, bei dem auf einer sechs Kilometer langen Urbanisationszone 230 bis 260 Hochhäuser entsehen sollen, die vorallem für die Ansiedlung internatinaler Unternehem gedacht sind. Die Churchill Towers sind ein Komplex aus zwei Hochhäusern: Churchill Residency (245m) und Churchill Executive (172m). Während Churchill Residency als Wohnhochhaus fungiert, beherbergt Churchill Executive mehrere Geschäftsräume. Die Hochhäuser wurden von Emirates National Investment entwickelt.
