Construction site at the location of the former malt factory in the town of Nierstein in the county district of Mainz-Bingen in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Originally built as a palace and residence in classicist style, the palace Dalberg - Herding was used as an administrative building an office for the local malt factories. The site is currently refurbished and will be redesigned as a residential compund called "Am Schlosspark"
