Residential areas on the edge of the Niedermendig part of Mendig in the state Rhineland-Palatinate. The town is located in the county district of Mayen-Koblenz in the Eastern Eifel region. It is known as a town of breweries and lava cellars - from volcanic origin. Mendig consists of two parts. Several residential areas with single family houses are located on the edge of Niedermendig
