The ruins of fortress Hohengeroldseck in the Schönberg part of the borough of Seelbach in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The ruin and its remains are located in the Black Forest, on a hill between two valleys. The castle was originally built in 1260 and is currently refurbished and renovated. It is considered an important cultural heritage site of the region
