Castle Mergentheim in Bad Mergentheim in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The compound is located east of the historic city center. The castle was originally built as a water fortress and later used by the German Order as a monastery. Parts of it are a church with two towers. Today it is home to the Deutschorden Museum and open to the public
