Munich city center, overlooking the Frauenkirche, New City Hall and the parish church of St. Peter. The Frauenkirche (center) is the cathedral church of the Archbishop of Munich and Freising and is considered a symbol of the Bavarian capital. The three-aisled late Gothic brick building with a surrounding ring of chapels is 109 m long, 40 meters wide and 37 meters high. The foundation stone for today's woman in the church was built in 1468 by Duke Sigismund
