Umbau des Areales am Georg-Melches-Stadion vom Fußballclub Rot-Weiss Essen in der Stadt Essen, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Es wird ein neues Fußballstadion, welches ca. 20000 Zuschauern Platz bieten soll, leicht versetzt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gebaut. Für die Arbeiten wurde das Bauunternehmen Köster Bau AG beauftragt. Construction of a modern football stadium at the Georg-Melches stadium in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia.
