Staatsoper Unter den Linden, auch Deutsche Staatsoper oder Staatsoper Berlin genannt, zur Zeit der Sanierung, in Berlin-Mitte. Es ist das älteste Opernhaus und Theatergebäude in Berlin. Das Gebäude ist zwischen 2010 und 2013 für die Sanierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Beauftragt damit wurde das Stuttgarter Architektenbüro HG Merz. Staatsoper Unter den Linden, also called Berlin State Opera or german state opera, currently under reconstruction, in Berlin-Mitte. It is the oldest opera house and theatre building in Berlin and closed from 2010 to 2013 due to the renovation works.The Stuttgarter architects office HG Merz has been charged with the task.

The provision of Section 59 UrhG conforms to the directive based on Art. 5 Para. 3 Letter c of Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 22, 2001 on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related property rights in the information society ("InfoSoc-RL") to be interpreted.
