Nach positiven Abschlussgesprächen zwischen den Investoren und der Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg wurde nun der offizielle Baustart für das neue „Marietta-Quartier“ für Anfang November 2005 bekannt gegeben. Die Fertigstellung des Geschäfts- und Bürohauses mit einem Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen von 20 bis 25 Millionen Euro ist zum Jahreswechsel 2006/2007 geplant.
