In dem restaurierten Gebäude der Alten Bibliothek befindet sich heute das Literaturhaus Frankfurt, ein Kulturverein, der regelmäßig literarische Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen organisiert. Das Krankenhaus wurde im 13. Jahrhundert für Bedürftige und Mittellose gegründet. Das heutige Gebäude wurde 1950 errichtet. Die Wallanlage war Teil der historischen Stadtbefestigung und wird als Parkanlage genutzt.
