Die evangelische Pfarrkirche Liebfrauenkirche wurde im Wesentlichen im 12. und 13. Jahrhundert errichtet und gilt als einer der wichtigsten Kirchenbauten der Übergangsphase von der Romantik zur Gotik in Thüringen. Die letzten Sanierungsarbeiten fanden 2004 statt, unterstützt durch das "Kuratorium zur Erhaltung der Liebfrauenkirche". Evangelical parish church Liebfrauenkirche was essentially raised in 12th and 13th century and is regarded as one of the most important churches of transition period between Romantic and Gothic style in Thuringia. Last restoration works took place in 2004, provided by "Kuratorium zur Erhaltung der Liebfrauenkirche".
