Hierdurch erhalten die drei Publikumsebenen - die offene Aussichtsplattform (Höhe 166,25 m über Terrain), die Cafeteria (170,00 m über Terrain) und das Drehrestaurant (174,50 m über Terrain) ihre besondere Bedeutung.
