Der 2011 neu errichtete Aussichtsturm " Hainich-Blick " ist eine 20 Meter hohe Holzkonstruktion, für die nur einheimische Nutzholzarten verwendet wurden. Er steht bei Hütscheroda in der Nähe von Eisenach in Thüringen am " Wildkatzenpfad " im Nationalpark Hainich, welcher zum UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe gehört, und dient zur Orientierung im südlichen Offengelände des Parkes. 2011 newly raised viewing tower " Hainich-Blick " is a 20 metres high wood construction, for which solely domestic timber was used. It is located close to Hütscheroda near city Eisenach in Thuringia at " Wildkatzenpfad " of Hainich National Park, which ranks among UNESCO World Heritage - natural site. The tower serves for the orientation in southern parts of the park.

The provision of Section 59 UrhG conforms to the directive based on Art. 5 Para. 3 Letter c of Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 22, 2001 on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related property rights in the information society ("InfoSoc-RL") to be interpreted.
