Der um 1900 errichtete Wasserturm ist ein 45 Meter hohes Stahlskelettbauwerk, welches bis heute in Nutzung ist und als Wahrzeichen der Stadt Groitzsch in der Nähe von Leipzig, Sachsen gilt. The Water tower, a 45 metres high steel frame construction which was raised around 1900, is still in use and regarded as landmark of town Groitzsch near Leipzig in Saxony.
