Das Handelszentrum und Wohngebiet Marzahner Promenade in Berlin-Marzahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum S-Bahnhof Berlin-Marzahn. Neben dem zweigeschossigen Handelskomplex, zu dem Galerie Kaufhof gehörte, gibt es zahlreiche Einzelhandelsgeschäfte in den Erdgeschossen der Wohnblöcke entlang der Marzahner Promenade, die so zur zentralen Einkaufsstraße der Großblocksiedlung Marzahn wurde.
