Das nach Plänen von Oskar Pusch gebaute und 1929 eröffnete Gebäude ist nach einem Umbau seit Juli 2002 Sitz der Deutschlandzentrale von Universal Music. The former cold-storage at Berlin's east harbour. The building was designed by Oskar Pusch and opened in 1929. After a renovation the headquarters of Universal Music Germany was established in July 2002.
