Es wurde 1987 als GbR von den Brüdern Detlef und Frank Fräntzel in Berlin-Tempelhof gegründet. Die Umwandlung in eine GmbH erfolgte 1991. 1995 wurde der Firmensitz nach Groß Machnow in eigene Räume verlegt.
