Blick auf das Rathaus in Berlin-Neukölln. Es wurde zwischen 1905 und 1909 errichtet. Er hat einen prägnanten 68 m hohen Turm, auf dem eine als Windfahne dienende Glücksgöttin Fortuna angebracht ist. Konzipiert wurde das Gebäude vom Stadtbaurat Kiehl und später durch Hans Eichler und Hans Freese erweitert.
