Blick auf die Marktkirche St. Bonifacii in Bad Langensalza. Einzig in ihrer Form und Bauart in Thüringen entstand die Hallenkirche im 13. bis 16. Jahrhundert. Der Glockenturm hat eine Größe von 81 Meter und besitzt eine Plattform. Besonders ist das Baumaterial der Kirche. Sie wurde aus Travertin errichtet, einem porösen Kalkstein.
