Blick auf den Hauptbahnhof am Dunckerplatz in Rathenow. Der Kaiserbahnhof - ursprünglich auch Fürstenpavillon - ist das unmittelbar links neben dem Hauptbahnhof fast unscheinbar wirkende Gebäude, das nun nach umfangreichen Sanierungsarbeiten mit Unterstützung zahlreicher Sponsoren wieder im alten Glanz erstrahlt. Das Haus diente ab 1913 als gesondertes Empfangsgebäude für die Tochter Kaiser Wilhelms II., Victoria Luise, und ihrem Mann Ernst August Herzog von Braunschweig und Lüneburg, der 1913 als Offizier zum Husarenregiment nach Rathenow versetzt wurde.
