Blick auf den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Der Hamburger Hauptbahnhof wurde auf dem Gelände des einstigen Stadtwalles sowie der alten Friedhöfe Vor dem Steintor erbaut und am 6. Dezember 1906 eröffnet. Mit bis zu 450.000 Reisenden und Besuchern pro Tag (laut Deutsche Bahn AG) ist er der meistfrequentierte Personenbahnhof Deutschlands.
