Blick auf das Gelände des in der Bauphase abgebrochenen KKW / AKW Kalkar in Nordrhein-Westfalen / NRW. Dieses KKW ging nie in Betrieb. Wegen sicherheitstechnischer Bedenken wurde das Projekt 1991 eingestellt. Durch die gewaltigen Baukosten wurde das Kraftwerk zu eine der größten Investitonsruinen Deutschlands. Der Niederländer Hennie van der Most kaufte das Gelände und wandelte es in das "Wunderland Kalkar" um.
