Blick auf die Emmauskirche am Lausitzer Platz in Berlin- Kreuzberg. Die Planung und Leitung der Kirche wurde August Orth übertragen. Bis zu der Zerstörung des Kirchenschiffs 1945, war die im romanischen Stil gehaltene Emmauskirche mit dem 74 Meter hohem Turm, die Kirche mit den meisten Sitzplätzen in Berlin (ca. 2000). Zwischen 1957 und 1959 wurde ein wesentlich kleineres Kirchenschiff angebaut. View at the Emmaus Church on Lausitzer Platz in Berlin- Kreuzberg. Up to the destruction of the nave in 1945, the Romanesque-style Emmaus Church with the 74-meter high tower was the chruch with the most seats in Berlin. Between 1957 and 1959, a much smaller nave was added.
