Blick auf das Deutsche Eck und die Festung Ehrenbreitstein in Koblenz. Am Deutschen Eck fließt die Mosel in den Rhein. Dies hat der mittlerweile über 2000 Jahre alten Stadt Koblenz (lat.: confluentes) seinen Namen gegeben. Die Festung Ehrenbreitsten wurde im 16. Jhd. errichtet.
