Blick auf das Businesscenter The Squaire, vormals als Airrail Center Frankfurt bekannt. Hauptinvestor für das futuristische Projekt ist die IVG Immobilien AG. Das 660 Meter lange und neun Etagen (45 Meter) hohe Gebäude wurde über dem Fernbahnhof gebaut, um eine zusätzliche Fläche für Büros, Hotels und Einkaufszentren zu bieten. Das u.a. mit der Streif Baulogistik GmbH errichtete Bauwerk ist auf die Decke des Fernbahnhofs gesetzt, die wie die Pfeiler des Grundbauwerks bereits entsprechend ausgelegt wurde.
