Blick auf die Borsig-Hallen in Berlin-Tegel. Das ehemalige Lokomotivenwerk des Borsig-Unternehmens wurde 1898 eingeweiht. Bis 1930 wurden hier Lokomotiven, Dampfmaschinen u.a. hergestellt. Um dem Bankrott zu entkommen, fusionierten die Firmen Borsig und Rheinmetall. Das Werk wurde 1938 zum "Reichswerk Hermann Göring" bis es im 2. WK fast zerstört wurde. 1988 ging das Werk an das Land Berlin über. Nun wurde es zum Einkaufszentrum "Hallen am Borsigturm" umgebaut.
