Blick auf den Bergfried "Dicker Wilhelm" des Schloss Neuenburg. Mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit wurde der Turm in der Mitte oder der zweiten Hälfte des 12. Jahrhunderts errichtet und diente als Sitz der Burggrafen von der Neuenburg. Aufgrund der Innenausstattung ist er eher als Wohnturm denn als reiner Bergfried anzusehen.
