Auf dem Wertheim-Areal am Leipziger Platz soll für 470-Millionen u.a. eine 120 Meter lange, überdachte Einkaufspassage enstehen. Investor Harald Huth (HFS Immobilien) beauftragte die Architekturbüros Manfred Pechtold, nps Tchoban Voss und PSP Architekten und Ingenieure mit dem Neubauvorhaben.
