Bezugsfertig ist der 26.000 Quadratmeter große Neubau an der Theodor-Heuss-Allee Ende 2006, der das Designzentrum beherbergen wird und zudem europaweite Marketing-, Vertriebs- und After-Sales-Aktivitäten. Außerdem wird hier eine Sales Academy und ein technisches Servicecenter eingerichtet sowie das europäische IT-Zentrum von KIA MOTORS.
