Blick auf das Autobahnkreuz Duisburg-Kaiserberg. Eines der größten, kompliziertesten und vielbefahrensten Autobahnkreuze der Welt. Es verbindet die Autobahn A 40, den früheren Ruhrschnellweg, Dortmund-Venlo mit der A2/A3, Köln-Hannover bzw. Arnhem. Das Kreuz ist zwischen den Schiffahrtskanal, den Zoo und zwei Eisenbahnhauptstrecken, nämlich die KME und die Bergisch-Märkische Eisenbahn, eingezwängt. Highway junction Duisburg-Kaiserberg, one of the largest, most complex and heavily trafficked interchanges in the world. It connects the motorway A 40, the former Ruhrschnellweg, Dortmund-Venlo with the A2/A3, Cologne and Hanover Arnhem. The cross is sandwiched between the shipping channel, the zoo and two main railway routes, namely the KME and Bergisch-Märkische railway.
