Die PORR Deutschland GmbH errichtet hier ein Projekt der IVG Development AG. Verschiedene Hotels wird das Areal künftig beherbergen: „Hampton by Hilton“ mit zwei bis drei Sternen, ein „Holiday Inn“ mit drei bis vier Sternen, ein „Azure Hostel“ und ein „Boarding House“. Site of the hotel complex "ALEXANDER PARK SIDE" in Berlin.
