Nachtluftbild des Areales am Hans Otto Theater auf dem Kultur- und Gewerbestandort in der Schiffbauergasse am Tiefen See in Potsdam. Das 2006 eröffnete Theater ist das Brandenburgischen Landestheaters, das nach dem Vorbild des Sydney Opera House vom Architekten Gottfried Böhm entworfen wurde. Vor dem Neubau steht der aus dem 19. Jahrhundert stammende Turm einer früheren Zichorienmühle, in dem ein Restaurant für gehobene Ansprüche untergebracht ist.
